At Joon our menu changes frequently. Small changes occur on a week-by-week basis depending on what is available at the Sunday Farmers' Market. And big menu changeup happens 3-4 times a year with the turning of the seasons. The majority of our ingredients are sourced from the Capay Valley -- Sacramento's closest and most prolific  agricultural region. Our menu items are specially curated and each component is intentional.  Nearly everything we serve is scratch-made, from our sandwich bread to our sauces and pickles.
